Great Wings, good selection of beer. Seating can be a bit scarce due to how generous their seating is (there's bunch of 6 top tables). Non-wing food is good too. The Baron is a great sandwich, the home wrecker is a good change of pace from time to time. Every wall is plastered with screen, so you can catch any game you want, any season of the year. Sauces are awesome, though to be honest nothing below hot is worth getting. The TNT sauce is a great combination of heat and flavor. Helpings are piled high (a half order of fries can be split between my wife and I). Basically my favorite place to grab a bite with friends and family in town!

Great twiner sauce, which is quite hot. Anything after the hot sauce is too peppery though.

I have yet to find better wings. Huge; hot sauce is perfect. Amazing fried pickles, too.

Tweener sauce kills it time and time again! A most try!

Monday is the day we go for the .49 cent wings. This is one of my husbands favorite places. I like it better now that they have a full bar.

Best wings in the area! The sauces are great and there is a wide variety. Our server, James, was great! Will be back and hopefully get him again!

Nice sports bar restaurant. They do have a bar side and a family side. The wings are great. Tweener sauce is my favorite. Today I'm trying the buffalo chicken tweener wrap. Curly fries the bomb!

First time coming here to eat from Chicago, and the wings were delicious , but I was very disappointed with the service. Our server , Teresa, was not friendly at all . We asked to have our server switched after she took 2-3 tables orders before us , when we arrived before them! I believe it was the Manager who took her place and got our order, and our food. He definitely saved her , and us from never returning again! We left the 10% of the bill for tip , eventhough she didn't deserve it, and would've preferred if the man that helped received it instead. Overall , the food and atmosphere is good . If it wasn't for Teresa being such a bad server , I would give it 4 or 5 stars.

We really want to love Wings, Etc., but unfortunately as they have franchised, they have continued to decline in quality and service. I worked as a server at the Grape Rd location back in the late 90s and loved it. Our most recent visit was to the Ireland Rd location and the service was definitely better than our last experience at the Grape Rd location. My husband was intrigued by their new premium burgers, which were also recommended to us by a friend. They tout their burgers as fresh, never frozen and offer quite a few different varieties. My husband went with the bacon, mushroom and swiss which is one of his favorite combinations. It was a large burger on a nice bakery bun, but the toppings were a disappointing. A premium burger craves premium toppings (especially when priced at $9)! His burger was topped with canned mushrooms (yuck) and a couple skinny slices of pre-cooked bacon. While he liked the taste of the burger itself, it was extremely greasy. The burger was He felt his usual boneless wings would have been a better choice. I went with my standard grilled chicken breast wrap with hot wing sauce. The wrap is average with the standard chicken, shredded cheese, lettuce and sauce (hold the tomatoes for me). Nothing exciting, but good for a quick meal. The sandwiches are served with fries and we always opt for the curly fries, which are great. The wings are good, but the milder flavor sauces are very bland so definitely go for the heat. They tend to use a lot of butter so I would recommend asking for no butter and just sauce. They do offer a good variety of food and drink specials throughout the week.

Visited a couple of other times since the bad service. Service has improved. Updating review accordingly.

I love Wings, etc. and this location specifically. Went there for lunch with a group yesterday and the service was ridiculous. Our waiter had friends who say in his section and at one point was sitting at their table just chatting for a good while and we sat there with empty cups and had been waiting for over a half hour for food. The service continued like that the rest of the time - basically took two hours to get food, pay our bill, etc. Which is very unusual for Wings, etc. The food though was great as always!

Awful service. Party of 7. Some how our order did not get put in w the other 5. Took a good 45 minutes to get our food. So they discount everyone's bill by 30%. No apology from our server so I guess I saved another 15% by leaving no tip. I realize it is a wing joint and not haute cuisine, but a simple apology goes a long way. Sadly something we did not get from our server. I won't be going back.

The best thing at Wings Etc are the wings. I really feel spoiled by Chicago-area restaurants. I have such high standards now. I want restaurants to impress me. This one doesn't, but it's not a bad place, per se. The wings are pretty good. Pretty big and meaty and the sauces are nice. Tweener is a good spice level for me. The rest of the food? Well, the portions are enormous. I once made the mistake of ordering the "sliders", expecting small little three-bite burgers. They were the size of a fast-food burger! Three of them! I managed one! This time we ordered nachos (we love us some nachos) and I got a buffalo chicken wrap. The nachos were all right. Chips were round and food-servicey, cheese was a combo of real and bright yellow, chili was decent, lots of tomatoes and lettuce. Salsa was all right, I feel like they assembled this out of cans and bags. My wrap was good -- the accompanying curly fries are pretty tasty -- but really the best part was the crispy, sauce-covered chicken. The cheese didn't meld that well and the whole thing fell apart as I tried to eat it. The burgers are better but make sure you have a big appetite. Service was decent, nothing special but acceptable. All in all, it's not that impressive, but if you want some wings -- sure, why not. Mostly, this is the sort of place to go if you're hungry and not picky.
